Returns and Exchanges
GreenTech Environmental products are sold to customers by stores and e-commerce sites throughout the UK & European markets. Each point of purchase has its own return and exchange policy. You have a right to return within 14 days of delivery if the product is not used or damaged. Please directly contact the place that you purchased the item for help and support.

Repairs
A talented group of professionals is in place and ready to repair all GreenTech Environmental products that require attention. The warranty information for each product is clearly described in your owner’s manual. The warranty effective date begins on the date you purchased the product.
Warranties apply to the parts and labour required to repair a product. Low-cost repair is available for items on which the warranty has expired.
